First Hit: Introduction to Hardball

Service Description

Weekly cricket sessions with professional coaches at Adil Rashid Cricket Academy where we prepare young cricketers for the challenges of playing with a hard cricket ball. This will include their first experience of wearing protective equipment like helmets and other protective equipment, as well as using (and developing) the knowledge and skills they have gained from our Young Guns softball sessions and applying it in a hardball setting. Once players have shown themselves able to handle the challenges of playing hardball cricket, at our coaches' discretion, they will be invited to join our academy group. Though we don’t have a fixed age for this course, our expected upper age limit would be 12 years old. Players above this age are advised to sign up for one-to-one sessions with a coach, and when ready, will be able to join our academy group sessions.
