FIRST HIT: introduction
to hardball cricket

This is our gateway programme for players wanting to join the Adil Rashid Academy Programmes. Ideal for those aged 8-12 years. You will continue your cricket development journey in a hardball environment and will have the opportunity to develop your skills in batting, bowling and fielding.

This structured 10 week course will allow players to develop their technical abilities in batting, bowling and fielding and build confidence in playing with the hardball. 

​

Training kit included but players must bring their own hardball equipment (pads, gloves, box, helmet and bat). ​​
