Friday 7-8.30pm - Cricket Skills The AR95 Performance academy is our high performance programme focused on improving players in all aspects of the game. Friday evenings are focused on developing cricketing skills - batting, bowling, wicketkeeping, game -based scenarios, tactical and technical awareness. The AR95 Junior Performance Academy focuses on pushing all players to become the best cricketers they can be. Led by our specialist coaching team, this high performance environment is the perfect environment for serious cricketers to develop and excel during the off-season. Players will have one session per week over a ten-week course. Friday sessions are 90 mins long and cover the range of skills required for players to improve their cricket. Whether you are pushing to be selected at trials for representative sides or just want to prepare for next season, this is the course for you.
